Excellent! I'm glad they finally finished it. And I'm nothing short of extatic about Chris playing the drums. Let's hope they'll tour it!

Not only Chris Maitland, but they have Danny Thompson, Arran Ahmun (John Martyn) and the string arrangements from Dave Gregory!!!!! This is a sweet surprise.

Any idea why they are waiting until the end of February,2012 to release?

Sure, it's a great team altogether. But what I meant was that it's very special since it's the first time in over a decade that Richard and Chris worked on some music together. I just think it's great that Richard decided to invite Chris to participate in this project.

Because no-one releases albums in December.

I think touring is quite unlikely with Marillion's schedule for the next 2 years. I'd love to see it happen though as the h band gigs of a few years back (featuring Richard and Aziz Ibrahim) were stunningly good.

Bumped into Richard in the crowd at the Marillion Paradiso gig. It was a surreal moment for sure  Smiley

He was over catching up with SH and going over the artwork for the album. Said it was weird being in the audience for a change...

Naturally the subject did drift onto PT & touring etc...

Dont panic, it only went up for pre order today. Am sure they'll not have taken 1000 orders already.

Notice that all pre orders will be despatched 2 weeks before the release date.  Smiley
